Step 2

Select Wall Style

FormLetter features 5 ready-to-use wall styles and a total of 15 setting options. You can also upload your own custom SVG files to create unique wall shapes that are entirely exclusive to you. The possibilities in wall settings are nearly limitless.

Step 3

Define Top Edge Style

You can choose to create a support rib or disable it. This rib is used to securely fix the acrylic panel in place.

Step 4

Define Bottom Edge Style

FormLetter offers 5 preset styles and 9 different setting options for bottom edge design. This allows you to add a unique touch to your designs and achieve perfect results tailored to every project.

Step 5

Color Settings

The SoliFuse 3D printer can print using two colors simultaneously in a single letter or print task. Within the FormLetter software, you have the freedom to select two colors at different heights and with different filaments. The light transmittance properties of the filament you use allow you to maintain full control over the translucent areas of the letters.

Step 6

Export Cutting Paths in DXF Format

We provide a cutting path export feature in FormLetter to cut acrylic or foam PVC panels to fit the letters perfectly.

Four paths available

You can choose to export the top or bottom outlines of a letter; both inner and outer lines are available for use.

Set Fit Clearance

Don't worry about the fit clearance. In FormLetter, you can determine the scale value for each path yourself. You have the ability to use both positive and negative values.

Step 7

Slice and Export G-Code File

After selecting the 3D printer model and defining the filament type, you can slice the model and export the G-Code file for your printer with a single click.

FormLetter, alt kenar tasarımı için 5 hazır stil ve 9 farklı ayar seçeneği sunar. Böylece tasarımlarınıza özgün bir dokunuş katarak, her projeye özel kusursuz sonuçlar elde edebilirsiniz.

5. Adım

Renk Ayarları

SoliFuse 3D yazıcı, tek bir harfte ya da baskı görevinde iki rengi aynı anda kullanarak baskı yapabilir. FormLetter yazılımında, iki rengi farklı yüksekliklerde ve farklı filamentlerle seçme özgürlüğüne sahipsiniz. Kullandığınız filamentin ışık geçirgenlik özellikleri, harflerin yarı saydam bölgelerini tam kontrol altında tutmanıza olanak tanır.

6. Adım

DXF Formatında Kesim Yollarını Dışa Aktar

Akrilik veya köpük PVC paneli harfe tam uyacak şekilde kesmek için FormLetter yazılımında kesim yolu dışa aktarma özelliği sunuyoruz.

Bir harfin üst veya alt dış hatlarını dışa aktarmayı seçebilirsiniz; hem iç hem de dış çizgiler kullanılabilir.

Uyum Boşluğunu Ayarla

Uyum boşluğu konusunda endişelenmeyin. FormLetter`da her yol için ölçek değerini kendiniz belirleyebilirsiniz. Hem pozitif hem de negatif değerleri kullanma imkanınız vardır.

7. Adım

G-Code Dosyasını Dilimle ve Dışa Aktar

3D yazıcı modelini seçtikten, filament tipini belirledikten sonra tek tıkla modeli dilimleyip yazıcınız için G-Code dosyasını dışarı aktarabilirsiniz.
